Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a digital sales receipt via email immediately after checkout. To view past receipts, log in to your account on our website (lingyerug.com) and navigate to the "Order History" section. If you don't have an account or need a duplicate, reply to your confirmation email or reach out to our support team—they can resend it within 24 hours.

How can I return an item?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for unused, unwashed items in like-new condition. To initiate a return:

  2. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back—we'll process your refund (minus any original shipping fees) within 7-10 business days of receipt. Custom or clearance items are final sale. For damaged goods, we'll arrange a free replacement upon photo verification.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We frequently restock popular designs based on demand, often within 2-4 weeks for in-house produced carpets. If an item is marked "out of stock," you can sign up for email notifications on the product page to be alerted as soon as it's available. For limited-edition patterns, we may not restock, but similar alternatives in our 2000+ size range are usually ready to ship. Check back regularly or contact us for estimated timelines.

We ship worldwide from our facilities in China, with free standard ground shipping to the contiguous United States (3-7 business days). International destinations, including Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia, are available with calculated rates at checkout (typically $20-100 USD depending on size and location). We use reliable carriers like FedEx or DHL for secure, tracked delivery. Note: Duties and taxes may apply for international orders— we'll provide an estimate upfront. PO Boxes are not supported for large items.
